These photos are of Dovestone Reservoir, Saddleworth in mid July 2010 after the North West of England had its driest start to the year in 80 years.
It's not remarkably low, but lower than I remember seeing it in the few years I've lived in the area and after the thaw of all the snow earlier in the year the reservoir was full and overflowing.
