Castleshaw Reservoirs seen from the Pennine Way on Standedge

On the Pennine Way heading north from Standedge

Not in Saddleworth, but a relevent photo! This is the summit of the M62 at Junction 22 Rishworth Moor, the junction for Saddleworth which actually lies just over the border in West Yorkshire and at 1220 feet/ 370 metres above sea level the highest motorway in the country.

Moss Moor Edge is behind while the bridge in the foreground carries the Pennine Way over the motorway.
