Heading up the valley alongside Nether Beck, Haycock is the hill on the skyline.
And sometime later a view from the summit to Scoat Fell and Steeple. Haycock may not be the most exciting mountain but it was a special one for me, I'd now been up all the Lake District fells above 2500 feet, or all those above 750 metres if you prefer. Well however you want to measure it I was proud of myself!
