Upon the Cuillin ridge. The section around Bruach na Frithe is one of the few parts of the ridge a walker of my modest ability and dislike of exposure can manage!
Looking north east from Bruach na Frithe back the way I'd come and to the peaks of Am Basteir and Sgurr nan Gillean a little further on, which I'd certainly not been on!

The summit trig point. Briach na Frithe is the only Cuillin peak with a trig point so I knew I was in the right place!
On the way back, Bastier Tooth is sticking out to the left
At Bealach Nan Lice, looking along to Sgurr a Bhasteir which is where I was headed next
