At the summit of the Bealach na Ba road from Applecross. At over 600 metres up it's the highest road in Scotland, all single track with some very steep climbs and twisting hairpin bends.
Down near the bottom of the Bealach na Ba road, which can just about be seen zig zagging up the hillside beind but this photo gives no idea of the how steep it is. Due to other people being stopped in all the passing places higher up and the fact I could see I had a clear run down I didnt stop to get any pics but there are loads on the web - eg see here for a few good ones..
