All these photos were taken on the 20th January 2009 - except this one! This was on the evening of 19th January after an afternoon snowfall, it's the view from the road from Mossley to Lydgate on the Saddleworth border.
This is the 20th January on the edge of Mossley in the morning sun with a slow thaw of the lying snow.

across the fields above Hayfield towards Kinder Scout.
