After a snow free winter
so far 1 Feb 2008 had the hope of some snow for the Saddleworth area. This is
on the moors above Uppermill looking across to the A635 road with a dusting of
snow and the clouds passing after a brief shower
2nd Feb started much better with 3 - 4cm of snow and more snow showers, this is the view down the valley from Mossley to Saddleworth in falling snow
